The Future of the Contract Interiors Enterprise

An operator-led consultancy, advisory and investment platform. We provide the strategic support for transitions, operational expertise and connected capital to secure the next generation of dealership success.

WHAT WE DO

Specialized Stewardship for the Contract Interior Industry

The commercial interiors industry is undergoing the same consolidation arc that reshaped HVAC, facility services, and commercial landscaping before it. Thousands of founder-owned dealers face succession. The firms that navigate this transition well will define the next generation of the industry — and those that don't may not survive it.

OUR APPROACH

A Platform for
Modernization

The contract interiors industry is at a pivotal inflection point. While manufacturing consolidation is accelerating, the distribution channel remains fragmented.

We also know smaller dealers, in smaller markets, may not survive. Capital investments in technology, operations and AI will require substantial investments. Consolidation of smaller businesses into a larger, well capitalized company will assure survival.

01
Margin Expansion: Implementing rigorous pricing discipline and operational excellence proven at the highest levels of the industry.
02
Shared Services: Centralizing administrative, design, and IT functions to lower costs and increase efficiency.
03
Strategic "Tuck-Ins": Diversifying into high-margin alternative interiors businesses, such as logistics, small contracting, or technology firms.
A platform for modernization
