WHAT WE DO
Specialized Stewardship for the Contract Interior Industry
The commercial interiors industry is undergoing the same consolidation arc that reshaped HVAC, facility services, and commercial landscaping before it. Thousands of founder-owned dealers face succession. The firms that navigate this transition well will define the next generation of the industry — and those that don't may not survive it.

01
Strategic advisory for ownership transitions and ongoing operational support. We prepare dealers to plan, expand, and thrive — not just exit.

02
Facilitating ownership transitions with full operational oversight. We don't hand off after close — we remain engaged long after the signing date.
OUR APPROACH
Modernization
The contract interiors industry is at a pivotal inflection point. While manufacturing consolidation is accelerating, the distribution channel remains fragmented.
We also know smaller dealers, in smaller markets, may not survive. Capital investments in technology, operations and AI will require substantial investments. Consolidation of smaller businesses into a larger, well capitalized company will assure survival.

INDUSTRY
An Industry at an Inflection Point
The commercial interiors dealer market is one of the most fragmented B2B service categories in the built environment. The consolidation window is open — and it won't stay open forever.

Where the Market is Headed
Within 10-15 years, the industry is expected to consolidate into:
$1B-$3B in revenue
$300M-$1B
under $100M
Today, few firms have reached that scale. The window is open.
